Works perfectly fine for me, just make sure to get it in past the holes in the nozzles or you'll have water everywhere. it can be slightly uncomfortable, if you can spare some lubricant, would suggest putting a little on.

What you can't see in the pictures (on the box, I bought this one at a sex shop) is the tip is x shaped up to the point where it screws on to the bottle. This means that you have to take the whole tip down to the bottle or else you'll have a huge mess from the water seeping out. The tip was also uncomfortably sharp. You'd be better off with a trip to home depot and some ingenuity.
